Kelley King
Kelley first discovered her love for Vermont through skiing trips during her college years at UVM. After graduation, she launched a successful jewelry brand in New York City, opening a retail boutique on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. But after 15 years in the city, the call of the mountains—and a desire for a more grounded lifestyle for her family—brought her back to Stowe.
As one of Stowe’s leading real estate professionals, Kelley consistently heard from clients about the lack of high-quality rental options in the area. That insight sparked the creation of Hollow & Hill—a way to elevate the rental experience to match the charm, elegance, and adventure of a Stowe getaway.
Amy Wykoff
Amy brings decades of leadership in tech and business operations, having held executive roles at IBM, Oracle, and innovative healthcare startups. While building her career, she also raised four children in the heart of Stowe, fully embracing the town’s outdoor lifestyle—from mountain biking and hiking to snowboarding and skiing.
After restoring a historic 1893 home into a thriving short-term rental, Amy saw firsthand how thoughtful design and attention to detail could transform a guest’s experience. She co-founded Hollow & Hill to help raise the standard for short-term rentals in Stowe—offering visitors an elevated, seamless, and welcoming place to land.
